Living up to buyers' demand

The Tropicana Corporation Bhd has over two decades of experience in the property industry and was the pioneer of resort-style residential living with its Tropicana Golf & Country Resort near Damansara in Selangor.

It is these two main factors that enabled Tropicana to establish a development DNA which sets them apart from the rest in the industry.

This particular Tropicana DNA was also seen as one of the contributing factors for the recent success of its Tropicana Collection campaign held from mid-April to the end of May, which recorded RM649mil in sales within six weeks.

Tropicana Group chief executive officer Datuk Yau Kok Seng said the amazing response showed that Tropicana not only delivered on their customer’s demands, but kept true to the Tropicana DNA.

“We are very pleased with the result as the Tropicana DNA is built on the cornerstones of accessibility, connectivity, innovative concepts and designs, generous open spaces, amenities, facilities, multi-tiered security and quality.

“We are dedicated to continue improving where we need to and build momentum where we are already succeeding in our progress forward,” he said.

Tropicana executive director (marketing and sales) Pam Loh said the campaign represents an ideal platform to showcase the group’s integrated developments across property hot spots in the country.

“Through this campaign, we tailor-made our packages to cater to a variety of needs and demands of our discerning customers.

“We provide them with right products at the right location, and at the right prices, with emphasis on the land segment,” she said, adding that the campaign has also been extended to countries overseas.

Loh said Tropicana would also bring the spirit of this success to the upcoming Star Property Fair 2014 and feature projects with the unique Tropicana DNA.

Tropicana will be showcasing the Tropicana 218 Macalister, Tropicana Metropark, Tropicana Heights and Tropicana Avenue retail units during the fair.

Tropicana 218 Macalister is an exclusive and luxurious development featuring suites and serviced residences in the prime location of Jalan Macalister in George Town.

With a total gross development value of RM320 million, the project has already recorded a take up rate of over 85% with 270 units sold.

For those who are thinking of purchasing a property near the bustling Kuala Lumpur, the Tropicana Metropark is a recommended choice.

An 88-acre integrated development in Subang Jaya, the current Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the project features the Pandora serviced residence and the Paloma serviced residence and courtyard villas.

Interested buyers can choose from various layout options, from the cosy studio unit to the spacious three-bedroom unit.

For business owners who are considering expanding their ventures, the Tropicana Avenue retail units may just be right for them.

The development is set on 5.73 acres of prime land in Tropicana Golf & Country Resort and includes duplex and suite office units above the four retail floors.

Attractive sales packages on the projects are in store for visitors at the Tropicana booth.

For more details on the projects, readers can visit the G12 booth at G Hotel during The Star Property Fair 2014 from July 24 to 27. Admission is free.

The fair, currently in its 12th edition, is the premier property showcase in the northern region.

Exhibitors will be showcasing various local and foreign properties, while there will also be specialists in their respective fields to provide visitors with useful information on various property-related topics, conduct talks and forums.
