Blending together art and living, the Arte S project is set to be a masterpiece amidst the Bukit Gambir hills in Penang.
Developed by Nusmetro City Sdn Bhd, the project will be showcased at the upcoming Star Property Fair 2014.

During the Star Property Fair, Nusmetro City would be releasing only 60 small units of Arte S for registration. The units range from 600sq ft to 850sq ft.
The units come with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, designed exclusively for young families and affordability.
A 5% discount would also be given on top of the unit prices, therefore the price starts at RM407,458.80 onwards.
