The Nusmetro Group has added another feather to its cap after launching its latest project in Penang called Arte S in Jalan Bukit Gambir, near one of the Universiti Sains Malaysia entrances.
Touted as a one-of-a-kind ‘art of living’ concept, Arte S is an avant-garde, trendsetting development.
Designed by the internationally acclaimed London-based Spark Architect, the entire building introduces a whole new meaning to art and lifestyle with its unique features.
Arte S has been shortlisted for the Future Projects Award at the World Architectural Festival 2013.
The event is the world’s largest annual architectural festival that celebrates architectural excellence.
Nusmetro Group managing director Thomas Chan said house buyers would find brilliant works of art wrapped around every single element in the development.
“With Arte S, we have merged artistic elements with the luxury and practicality of everyday life to offer purchasers a unique perception on life.
“In essence, instead of them having to go out in search of a different experience, we bring this artistic lifestyle experience home to them,” he said in a press statement yesterday.
Arte S is the third development in Nusmetro Group’s Arte Series, and the first in the northern region.
The first two, Arte @ Kuchai Lama and Arte @ Subang West in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor respectively, were sold out within six months.
The public are invited to the project launching this Saturday and Sunday, from 9.30pm to 6pm, at the Nusmetro sales office in Lintang Hajjah Rehmah along the Tun Dr Lim Chong Eu Expressway in Jelutong, Penang.
