Mah Sing Group Bhd will feature 11 of its landed and high-rise residential and commercial projects during the two-day ‘Realising Dreams’ Property Showcase this weekend at the Hotel Equatorial Penang.
These projects include the Icon City (Petaling Jaya), M City (Jalan Ampang), Icon Residence Mont’ Kiara, Garden Residence & Garden Plaza (Cyberjaya), Kinrara Residence (Kinrara, Puchong), Legenda@Southbay (Penang island), Southbay Plaza (Penang island), Austin Suites (Johor Bahru), M Residence (Rawang) and Sierra Perdana (Johor Bahru).
Its corporate communications and investor relations deputy general manager Lyanna Tew said the event, a lifestyle and property showcase being celebrated nationwide until September 15, is being held in conjunction with the group’s 18th anniversary celebrations.
“All the property to be showcases at the event come with DIBS (Developer Interest Bearing Scheme) where purchasers only pay the down payment and nothing else until the completion of the property, with the exception of M Residence and Sierra Perdana.
“The group will also absorb the legal fees for the sales and purchase agreement and loan agreement for all eleven participating projects,” she said.
During the Realising Dreams Property Showcase, buyers would find it easier to own their dream property with affordable down payments of only 2%.
Tew said purchasers can also have the option to pay their downpayment using their credit cards via zero interest easy payment programmes of up to 36 months with selected banks.
“Moreover, qualified purchasers will benefit from the Anniversary Lifestyle Package worth up to RM488,888 depending on the property purchased.
“Participating partner banks will be on hand to offer pre-approved loan assessment as an added convenience for buyers of Mah Sing projects,” she added.
To add flavour to the event, there will be performances by the Shanghai Star Acrobatic Ballet, magic shows by Jorinn and Gelvinn of MRGJC Magic Quest, cooking demonstrations by Chef Wan and Chef Daisy, and talks by feng shui and vasthu sastra gurus Master David Koh and T. Selva.
After this, the showcase moves to Johor Baru at the KSL Resort on June 30 and July 1.
