Property Seminar - Tycoon with a cause

For the very first time in Penang, JCI E-Metro proudly presents to you "Tycoon with a cause" property seminar. At this seminar, two property tycoon, Juanita Chin and Michael Tan and a tax consultant, Richard Oon, will pledge their time to share with us their experience for a good cause.

Juanita Chin will share with us how to maximize our Returns on Investments (ROI) through buying properties from Property Developers as well as how to distinguish between the profitable and unrealistic projects.

Michael Tan, Malaysia’s premier no money down property coach. Michael runs an organization call Freemen, will cover areas and strategies on how to invest in the secondary market and profit from the current economic conditions, with a focus on the sub sale or secondary market.

Richard Oon, is the Founder and Managing Director of Consulnet Tax Services Sdn Bhd, a tax and business advisory firm established since 1996 with offices in Penang, Ipoh and Petaling Jaya, will share on the tax implication of property transactions.

The proceeds from this seminar will go to support underprivileged children to obtain education. This campaign is being run by JCI E-Metro (a non profit youth organization) in collaboration with the Penang State Government's Partner Against Poverty Campaign.
