Quality and with attractive perks

The Belleview Group is set to unveil new goodies for prospective house buyers at the Star Property Fair 2010 from July 23 to July 25, which include attractive home-ownership packages.

With low down payments and end financing rates amongst other perks, it offers great savings for those seeking to buy that dream home or make a sound investment on excellent properties from a renowned developer.

According to the group’s marketing communications manager Christina Tan, the new scheme would replace the previous Belleview Home Plan, which attracted over RM300 million in sales during a one-year period which ended last month.

Among the properties to be showcased is the All Seasons Park condominium in Air Itam, which has received tremendous response thus far.

“We’ve almost sold out the Spring Tower, while the Summer Tower, which was only launched during the recent Chinese New Year, is almost 50% sold out,” she said.

To promote a healthier lifestyle and create an ideal communal living environment, this development concept introduces the All Seasons Club at Level 7, which comes with the longest open deck facilities in Penang at 330m.

The club includes a 50m infinity swimming pool, glass cube gym, jacuzzi, sauna room, children’s playground, water features, meditation deck and much more, making it the first lifestyle condo in the Air Itam area.

Belleview, which is taking 12 booths at the fair, will offer a special 5% rebate and other attractive benefits for potential buyers during the event.

Tan also said their Bukit Dumbar Residences — with its contemporary new design showcasing an impressive double volume ceiling height at the dining area — offered a great alternative for those seeking landed properties on the island.

Its large expanse of glass brings in skylight while promoting cross ventilation, while the spacious master suite and family area is a haven for relaxation.

“Only a few units are left, with the final promotion offering up to RM50,000 in rebates with four free air-conditioners,” she said.

Also on its final call, the Palmyra Residences in Balik Pulau features landed, double-storey terraces and semi-detached houses nestled amidst lush green surroundings at affordable prices.

The group will also be absorbing stamp duties for transfers of titles for new purchases and legal fees for S&P agreements.

“The property fair is perhaps the final chance for prospective home-owners to purchase our properties before they’re all sold out,” she added.
