Just visited GIM office at Dpiazza. They sales will launch the Golden triangle end of this year. The price is RM260/sqft.
After these projects,GIM and Koperasi will widen the current relau road into 2 ways road.

Open for registration at Gurney Plaza today. Soft launch expected by next year somewhere around CNY. Stated in the brochure it is exclusive condo with facilities, surrounded by low density 3 storey terrace and semi-detached.
1) Any suggestion what would be the acceptable per/sqft price?
2) Not sure would they follow the TGT style booking without any payment.

Believe it or not, there were people slept outside the sales office the night before 23th Dec, on 25th Dec, more than 90% units were booked, I believe develepor also 'booked" the bumi-units by themselves....now only left with few units of 1182ft2 (type A).
People started queuing on 20th of Dec, project confirmed sold out on 24 of Dec except the bumi lots.
bumi lot have to wait another 3year.

Just went there today, left few 1182sqft units, ~400k, wondering is it a good deal...
Before the launch, people squatted there for 4 nights to book a unit.
There must be some good reasons nobody takes up these left behind units after 2 weeks.

Thanks Lim, i think you got the point. Few units at top or second top floor, other same floor with water pump, although the sale girl say only use during fire emergency, but still wondering will it be noisy or not...
