Apartment Penang - Property Classified Ads is for property owners and agents to post their property advertisement (for sale/rent) on our classified website. There are two types classified advertisement available (Premium Ad & ProAgent Account) as below:-
Premium Ad (RM20 per ad) - For property owner and individual. A paid classified ads with maximum ads exposure for advertiser to reach audiences and leads. The premium ads will be listed in all pages on Apartment Penang Website & Classified Website (latest 10 premium ads). All premium ads will be listed on our classified website for 90 days.

ProAgent Account (RM500 per account) - For property agents to post unlimited non-premium ads for one year with free 25 premium ads credit. ProAgent account will be active for one year before expired. Expired ProAgent account need to renew your account in order to continue to use our services. All ads posted will be listed on our classified website for 90 days, ads older than 90 days will automatically deleted from our website.
ProAgent Account Terms and Conditions
A ProAgent account is for a single agent used only. Multiple agents in a single account is prohibited. Company used account is prohibited as well. We reserve the rights to terminate any ProAgent account which violated our terms and conditions without refund.
