Those looking for luxurious homes with affordable service charge in Bayan Baru, Penang, should check out the 1-World 2 Alfresco Suite, a project of Ideal Homes Properties Sdn Bhd.
The developer will showcase its suites with prices ranging from RM326,250 to RM414,000 during The Star Property Fair 2009 which opens at G Hotel and Gurney Plaza in George Town tomorrow.
Its sales and marketing general manager Nancy Teo said the 26-storey project, a component of The One at Penang Cyber City, offered a service charge of only RM180.
“Home owners will enjoy a variety of facilities that come with the project,” she said when met at her office in George Town on Tuesday.
Among the facilities are a swimming pool, children’s pool and playground, barbeque area, gymnasium, sport bar, yoga pavillion, community hall, pool deck, tea house, Tai Chi area and round the clock security service.
Teo said the homes’ selling point was the big balcony area where at least three tables can be placed for private functions.
“The balcony, measuring at least 200 sq ft, is specially designed for house buyers to host parties,” she said.
The leasehold project consists of 250 units with built-up space ranging from 1,380 sq ft to 1,650 sq ft.
She said more than 50% of the units had been sold and they expected response to be encouraging during the fair.
She added that new housebuyers would get a free kitchen cabinet and two air-conditioners.
Another project is One Residence which consisted of 182 double-storey courtyard houses.
It will be open for registration during the three-day fair.
Teo said the unique feature of the gated and guarded landed project in Sungai Ara was a private cycling track.
She said potential housebuyers would be placed on the waiting list.
“Those who register with us will be invited for a special preview in November.
“We will also offer them the early bird package,” she said.
The freehold project with a house built-up space ranging from 1,650 sq ft to 2,550 sq ft is scheduled for completion by mid-2013. - The Star

Wondering this One Residence part of Penang International City and cost RM550K and above in the previous Star news?
Visited TheStar property fair and here is the information I found:
