Low-density freehold homes in Batu Ferringhi

Tropika @ Ferringhi Park, the second of a four-phase Ferringhi Park project by Blossom Time Sdn Bhd, offers low-density freehold homes and affordable resort living in Batu Ferringhi, Penang.

The project comprises 32 three- storey semi-detached homes and 95 three-storey bungalows.

The semi-detached homes, with launching scheduled for either December or January next year, will open for pre-registration at The Star Property Fair 2009, which opens at the G Hotel and Gurney Hotel today.

Early birds who register during the three-day fair will enjoy special rebates.

Blossom Time assistant marketing manager Norita Ibarahim said the semi-detached units have two types – Type A with modern design features (18 units) and Type B with a more tropical feel (14 units).

Both have built up areas of between 3,990 and 3,995 sq ft with tall windows allowing ample natural lighting for interior spaces. The spacious bedrooms open up to private gardens or terraces where one can just lounge and enjoy the fresh early morning mountain air, while bathrooms employ an open-air concept.

“It is located just a few minutes away from the famed Batu Ferringhi beach, an international school and lots of eating outlets,” Norita said, adding that the entire area was also gated and guarded with 24-hour security and CCTV. - The Star
