IJM Land is offering potential buyers of its property projects an option to pay their first 10% down payment with up to 12 months installments interest free via credit card, in their new scheme, called My Space plan.
The tailor-made, home-ownership plan, is applicable to all its properties that are in various stages of development in Penang, the Klang Valley, Seremban, Johor, Sabah and Sarawak starting from today until June 30.
