Special incentives for buyers of The Oasis homes, developed by Nusmetro Venture (P) Sdn Bhd, will be offered at The Star Property & Home Fair 2008, which opens this Friday.
The project, which has attracted over 30% in sales since its launch in January, is targeted to be ready in early 2011.
It is a leasehold project situated on a 2.6ha parcel of land off Jalan Yeap Chor Ee, next to the west of Minden Heights between Jalan Kaki Bukit and Lorong Bunga Raya.
It is located about 18km south of George Town, 5km west of the Penang Bridge, and is easily accessible from George Town via Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah, Jalan Scott, Jalan Yeap Chor Ee and Jalan Valley.
The development involves two 12-storey blocks, each with 80 units, and one 30-storey block with 331 units.
Each unit comprises three bedrooms and two bathrooms with a total built-up size ranging from 1,041sq ft to 1,183sq ft. The price starts from RM240,000.
“In Nusmetro Group, we always believe that the branding of a home revolves around the owner’s lifestyle.
“It not only has to look good but should also be unique and different with the objective of standing out among others,” said Nusmetro Venture sales administration senior manager Lee Phoy Yeong.
The Oasis boasts of a well-designed car park that is invisible to the eye upon entering the guardhouse. A one-way ramp allows owners to access their respective parking bays without the need to circle floor after floor.
Other features include a grand concierge-style drop off area, a fan-shaped, tiered cascading pool, and a Jacuzzi pool.
Lee said the company was bringing in about 80 to 100 potential Indonesian investors for the fair.
More than 50 exhibitors will showcase their properties, home financing packages and home related products at nearly 200 booths at the event.
Open from noon to 8pm, it will be held at the Penang International Sports Arena (Pisa) from this Friday until Sunday. For details, call Bessie Lim or Lillian Yeoh at 04-647 3418.
