Boulevard Condominium open for registration

If you fancy owning a condominium in Bandar Baru Air Itam, then check out the booth of Reka Indah Development (Penang) Sdn Bhd during The Star Property and Home Fair 2008 from Sept 5 to Sept 7.

The RM95mil Boulevard Condominiums, touted as the first condominium in the area that boasts having more than 1,000sq ft, will be open for registration during the three-day fair from Sept 5 at the Penang International Sports Arena, Relau.

Reka Indah executive director Yeap Hock Kee said the 420-unit Boulevard, located in Lebuhraya Thean Teik, would provide an option for residents living in the area to upgrade their lifestyle.

He said most of the units in the high-rise property in Bandar Baru Air Itam took up between 550sq ft and 800sq ft each.

“But with the freehold Boulevard, which comprises units of between 939sq ft and 1,200sq ft, one can dream of leading a luxury lifestyle with a more spacious and comfortable home in an area like Bandar Baru Air Itam.

“Boulevard also gives you the privilege of being close to modern facilities. Schools, markets, police station, banks, clinics and a hypermarket are located nearby,” he said when met at his office in E-Gate recently.

Yeap said construction work would begin early next year and scheduled for completion in mid 2011.

There will be eight units per floor and each unit is sold from RM240,000.

He added that the unique selling point of Boulevard was its ‘infinity’ pool, a swimming pool which produced a visual effect of water extending to the horizon, vanishing, or extending to ‘infinity’.

“I am sure home owners would love this pool, also named the negative edge or vanishing edge pool, as the water appears to flow into an ocean,” he said.

The project also comes with a children’s playground, jacuzzi, sauna, gymnasium, squash court, community hall, reflexology path, smart card access, 24-hour closed-circuit television camera surveillance and two free sheltered car parking bays for each unit.

The company is among more than 50 exhibitors who will showcase their property, home financing packages and home related products in nearly 200 booths at The Star Property & Home Fair 2008.
