IJM Properties Sdn Bhd is the property division of IJM Corporation Berhad, a market leader in construction and property developments in Malaysia. IJM Properties Sdn Bhd was incorporated in Malaysia on 18 April 1983 (in the name of Camino Sdn Bhd; changed to IJM Properties Sdn Bhd on 21 December 1989).
