Hunza Properties Sdn Bhd was incorporated in Malaysia on April 27 as a private limited company. Subsequently, on October 21, 1998, the Company assumed its present name - Hunza Properties Berhad (“HPB”) upon its conversion into a public limited company. HPB was successfully listed on the Main Board of the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on March 23, 2000.
HPB Group was formed under the leadership of Dato' Khor Teng Tong who has 30 years of experience in the property development sector, particularly in Northern Region of Malaysia. The property development projects include of high rise residential units of a wide range of low to high cost apartments, high-end condominiums as well as gated communities and townships. HPB Group has completed projects worth more than RM1 billion in turnover, comprising approximately 10,000 units of residential and industrial properties.
