I am very sure this project will be in hot demand. Just look at THE SPRING project. All units sold out during the soft launch. Some even come to queue as early as 3:00am.

IJM projects have good quality and demand. Good for investment.

Yes they will be surely in hot demand if IJM is building them. But when are they going to start?

I have been waiting like almost 1 year+ but no news yet. Hopefully they will make this project happen after they have completed Spring.

Yes... when the soft launch comes, do remember to camp over nite at the venue. Times have changed. Last time, when you buy 250K condo, you will be treated like a KING. Now, people are willing to queue in the hot sun without complaining just to buy a unit.

Could not wait for this project to be launched. Anyone have any idea ?

Penang apartment developers should offer more attarctive packages. For such an expensive price, no air cond/ kitchen cabinets, bathroom also no heater. So plain but yet too expensive.

Yeah I think those who are waiting for this project should start to look elsewhere. I think IJM is now concentrating on Lights and Summer. Those are bigger projects (which earns higher margin). College Heights might be put aside until further notice. I think everyone should start looking for other condos before the price shoots up further with the increased in fuel.

IJM is always make up their price by them-self upon the demands, the price is always expensive (over price) so if you want to invest, think other property as well besides IJM.
